I spend most of my work week seated in the green chair pictured above. I love writing and presenting. However, working one-on-one with clients is my favorite place to be.

I view my work with my clients as a partnership: I bring clinical knowledge and experience to the alliance and my clients bring their strengths, their inner wisdom and their readiness to explore. I work hard to provide a safe, comfortable and informative environment in which the client can find healing and create strategies that will bring about lasting change.

I pull from a wide range of therapeutic techniques and philosophies when working with someone. My goal? For my clients to begin feeling better. I regularly check in with those I am counseling to make sure they are achieving their desired outcomes and moving in a positive direction.

Our practice, Fresh Perspectives Counseling, is located in South/Central Austin, off of South Lamar. My clients say that our office is one of the most relaxing places they go to. Some clients show up early just to chill in our waiting room! E-mail or call me with questions.
